To those requesting a refund:
Please confirm the amount of Crowns (in-game currency) purchased, before sending an email to the following address.

We must verify your account before refunding your money.
We ask you to do the following.
1) Please send an email requesting a refund to the Refund Center from the same address you registered your account with.
2) Please include the amount of Crowns Purchased into the body of your email.
Once you request a refund, your Account will be closed, and the rest of the process will be done through emails with the Refund Center directly.
* Your Account must be registered to an email address in order to request a refund.
You can check how many Purchased Crowns you currently have by going to Menu > Other > Options, and looking at the Crowns Purchased in the Vault Window.
You can register your Account by going to Menu > Other > User Registration.
We will review all requests for refunds that are made BEFORE September 31, 2015.
If eligible, we will refund the amount of Purchased Crowns that you presently have.
After your request has been reviewed, and has been deemed eligible for a refund, we will send the money to a bank account of your choice. Your balance of Purchased Coins will be calculated in Japanese Yen before being sent to your bank account.
(We will take care of all handling charges.)
* This offer is only available to Players who downloaded Age of Ishtaria from the Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau Google Play Store/App Store.
* Refunds only apply to the amount of unused, purchased Crowns Players currently have, not the amount they've purchased, and already used in the game.
* Players can also request a Refund from the official website.
* In order to receive our emails, please disable any mail rejection settings.
* Please make sure the following domain in not blocked.
